54EC Capital Gain Bonds of REC, NHAI, PFC & IRFC – Rate of Interest reduced – 5.75% to 5% w.e.f. August 01, 2020.

This is to inform you that the Rate of Interest on 54EC Capital Gain Bonds of REC, NHAI, PFC & IRFC is Reduced from 5.75% to 5% w.e.f. August 01, 2020. 

 

The Notice in this regard is also updated on company website of REC, NHAI,PFC & IRFC. Further, the Information Memorandum dated 01^st April 2020 (as amended from time to time) and Application Form, wherever “Coupon Rate” / “Interest Rate” is mentioned, same stands replaced and read as under;

 

 (i)    Where Application Money is credited in NHAI 54EC Bonds Collection Accounts on or before 31^st July, 2020 – 5.75% PA, and;

(ii)    Where Application Money is credited in NHAI 54EC Bonds Collection Accounts on or after 1^st August 2020 – 5.00% PA

Accordingly, clause of interest rate as mentioned in the highlights of Information Memorandum dated 01.04.2020 and front side of the Application Form stands amended as above.

All the other terms & conditions of the Information Memorandum (IM) for the above series of bonds will remain same. For further information, investors may refer IM and other details at company website.
